Event / Seminar Tickets:
You must be 18 years of age or older to attend a LIVE event or seminar with Cindy K. Thompson. Please, no lap children or infants.
Admission to a LIVE event does not guarantee a reading.
All Sales Are Final. Tickets cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or refunded once purchased for any reason. All prices are subject to change at any time for any reason. Ticket handling fee may be applied by the box office or venue. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Event dates, times, venues which are listed on the ticket, may change. It is up to the Buyer to verify the most recent changes by visiting thepsychiccindy.com or referring to official listings for any changes.
Recording, Transmission and Exhibition:
You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy.
By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Cindy K. Thompson and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Cindy K. Thompson events in the future.
By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication.
Personal Recording Devices:
The use of cameras, cell phones, and all recording devices any kind are not permitted. Patrons using these devices will be stopped and asked to leave.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management and may not include additional ticketing fees (i.e., ticketing operations fee, shipping fees, etc.).
Private Readings & Sessions:
We reserve the right to limit or deny service.
Recording or taping your session with Cindy K. Thompson is strictly prohibited.
Sessions with Cindy K. Thompson are considered digital goods/services and there are no refunds or exchanges of any kind.

The content of this website including but not limited to blog posts, photos, featured articles, videos and audio are the property of Cindy K. Thompson. They are not to be replicated, downloaded or uploaded to any third party website or blog without you first obtaining prior written permission from Cindy K. Thompson.
